I can assure you that I have a very difficult receiving an official invoice.
I do click on the "duplicata de facture", but I usually get a reply that it is impossible. Could have to do with my HK location. Some companies/countries will simply not accept the ticket receipt with cost indication as a proof. They require the invoice.
