The burger can be done at 11 hrs, if you ask the staff nicely, but it may take a minute or two longer than normal to emerge since the focus will be on breakfast food at that time. Getting bacon on the burger certainly won't be a problem, but I suspect it is the chips that will cause the hold up, from my recollection of the kitchen layout. Other lunch items would be more problematic - not impossible, but it may not be served too quickly.

I'll mention it here before one of the other usual suspects does: the burger has mixed reviews. Some love it, some hate it. Personally I don't think it's the best thing on the menu, and at that hour I'd be heading for full English breakfast, black pudding and egg benedict. But see how it goes, and let us know.
