So. Flew home CE tonight after a long weekend in Germany. I was sat at very back of a quite empty CE cabin.

During the emergency briefing I kept my earphones in and watched my iPad. I looked up at the moment they pointed out emergency exits and noticed the Purser staring at me.

Dinner/drinks service began and finished. Without her coming near me. She then topped up some drinks and offered others ahead of me in the cabin some more bread. She then walked past me into the Economy section twice and didn't even acknowledge me.

I then pressed the call bell only for her to come over and say "I'm sorry sir, you were far to engrossed in your iPad for me to know you wanted food tonight".

Can honestly say my mouth dropped.

Customer Relations will be called tomorrow.
