Although I agree that Shareholder's suggestion is a good one and involves the traditional way of conveying one's concerns to someone in a large company who deal with them; the reason I started this thread is to be able to get to speak to someone with decision making authority directly (and then if necessarily, follow up with written comments).

Many of us can already do this with AC individuals; I am not sure how many of us on this FT AC forum have the same type of connections or access with Aeroplan individuals.
