Very simple. Write it up in an old fashioned letter addressed to the President of Aeroplan or some other senior exec whose name you can find on the corporate section of the website (or by general Google search). Put this into an envelope and place a stamp on that envelope. Take it down to a red Canada Post mailbox and deposit the envelope. Wait a week and someone from Aeroplan will call you (as long as you leave you phone number on the letter).

Any time you have a major issue to discuss with a large company, just send an old fashioned letter off to the President and wait a week. You're sure to have someone get back to you. It's an ancient form of social media, but it still works.
