Fair point. Seems like a lot of my recent international BE has been a last minute push to get boarded and with much larger BE sections than what FAs deal with on domestic F flights, plastic cups might be the easier thing to do. At the end of the day, glass vs. plastic just isn't that big a deal to me personally...these days I'm happy if I get the PDB as it seems half the time domestically they don't even bother.
