I recently had an issue with Aeroplan, and I want to discuss it with someone (likely an Aeroplan executive) with decision making authority.

I sent an email to the SE Aeroplan email desk with the above question - and paraphrasing the answer, I was told to phone an Aeroplan agent or supervisor for my concerns. I have actually done that, and the agent(s) could all say that the problems I encountered should not have happened, but they could not go any further with the issue.

I wonder if someone can private mail me a name and contact person of such an individual.
