It won't let you rebook Advance Purchase rates or any pre-paid sale rates. I have booked them previously and seen these pre-paid rates go down as well as up. Best Available Rates, or Easy Cancellation as they now seem to call them, can be altered or cancelled with no penalty subject to their cancellation policies.
