What I also don't understand is why they were moved to 6 December and the no-show is for 4 December. So, at some point - if the 4 December reference isn't a typo by BA's rep - OP was moved from 6 to 4 December. When? If the original tickets were booked online, OP would have received e-mailed confirmation of this change, surely?
