I cannot judge from this post--which to me seems overexhaggerated.

A cabin crew member would not just "hit" your wife for no reason out of the blue for simply not having a boarding pass. there is something missing in between.


Obviously security was called because of your behaivor -- and the saftey of hundreds of passengers is more important than a physical conforntation.

Good job for security for handling this matter.
