Well, I guess so. But me personally on some routes if I can get those services that I like (and ironically save me money, such as the car service) I would take those other flights.
Yes a car service isn't much, and I can order one, but if it is done at the moment of the reservations it is ver convenient. And the price difference between BA and EK is really minute. So BA, why don't you add this service to your important routes?
