Basic summary for me is: good hotel, poor location.
Staff in particular are very competent for Riyadh, rooms are a good size, internet is free and reliable, tv package is good, food is acceptable. Downside is that the hotel is in an older area of town, 20 mins+ from Olaya in a taxi. Gym is also not completed and temporary gym is small and open at inconvenient times.
Aloft is in a much more central location but based on how the build is progressing October seems an ambitious opening target.
