Same thing happened to me. I guess when you failed to log in, you account had been closed.
I pretty much guessed that at the time. What irks me though is the first CSR I spoke with mentioned nothing about my account being closed and promised to reset my password.
After my gb acct also got shut down, I have lost any sense of guilt I have about "using" the services of these "banks".
