Supposedly when you call to book, Aeroplan reps should "know" you own a TD Aeroplan Infinite (or AMEX Aeroplan Platinum for that matter)
This is my experience with AE using Aeroplat.. Phoning up AE and booking the 2 for 1.

If TD starts handing these certificates out, I imagine that many members would game the system.
