Since almost 3 weeks ago, I was trying to book an award ticket on AA and going to the last step, it's showing error. It's been a while and it's still not been fixed. Today, I tried to call their reservation # to book on phone but no one picking up the phone. And even no automatic greetings etc. What's going on with BA?
