If you want to book an AA TATL flight, you pay BA fuel charges (AA doesn't charge you!)
If you book Iberia on ba.com, you pay BA fuel surcharges. But if you book IB on IB+, on IB metal, you don't pay high BA fuel surcharges.
And if you book Air Berlin TATL - on ba.com - you pay almost no extras.
And, of course, there is Aer Lingus from Dub - can save avios and fuel charges, but not bookable online.
