My husband flew out of D18 on Tuesday morning (DL RDU-TPA). Not sure that was the new normal or related to the weather & associated waivers (the flight he ended up on was his 3rd reschedule, so....)

We have Priority Pass lounge membership, not sky club, so he was in the USAir lounge - nicely convenient. Though as stated, the terminal is not so large as to be an issue to make C or D gates from USAir or Delta lounges....
