When I last checked into this thread, I had just scored a rather nice CS win. The nice young man who transferred me my needed 10,000 points said that on my next statement, I'd see a +20,000 miles for the remaining bonus, and -10,000 for the points I had already been given through my MR account.

So this week, I finally received my statement, and... nada. Zilch. No bonus miles, no minus, nothing.

Le sigh.

The great irony, of course, is that MamaTwick, whom I referred a good month after I received my card, has had her full bonus credited to her AE account.

Call or SM? Or do I go the mail route? That is the question...
