I agree with everything GoldCircle said. Hyatt is nonexistent in Ireland and IHG is nonexistent in Central Dublin, since the Holiday Inn Pearse Street was deflagged. (Not that I'd have ever recommended staying there anyhow.) Radisson Blu Golden Lane is a good hotel although a bit of a walk from the centre. Westin is very well located but you don't have a great deal of Starpoints.
If you have an early departure or late arrival at the airport and want to get through some of your IHG balance there are a CP and a HIX near (but not on) the airport campus, although the Radisson Blu is better and walkable from the terminals.
