Saudi Arabian destinations don't carry high traffic and the female cabin crew hate doing them. They have to wear the abaya from head to toe the minute they arrive at the crew hotel and they cannot be seen in public without one. They even need to wear one when ordering room service at the hotel...
So it seems best for CX to codeshare with QR for those destinations from now on.
lack of traffic would have been the main reason
FA's preferences are another matter.
EK/QR have more diverse crews than CX and manage fine in Saudi
