The LAX-ITO run has been pretty reliable when I've flown it. My most recent time, something went MX LAX-DEN (or DEN-LAX) earlier in the day and the ripples resulted in "our" 738 going to DEN and us waiting for one to come in from DEN and be cleaned and catered, but we still got in only about 30 minutes late. I did see a late departure from ITO back in November (wasn't on it, but dropped off pax for it) due to a refueling screwup and resulting gate change, but that was hardly UA's fault.
