January 30, DCA/LAX. Departed 9:am. Delicious breakfast. First course was bowl of fresh fruit. FA passed around a basket of warm scones and Danish pastries.
Choice of two mains. One was a quiche. I opted for the smoked salmon with eggs florentine and hollandaise sauce. The eggs were scrambled with the salmon and hollandaise and served with spinach and roasted rosemary potatoes. This may have been the tastiest inflight breakfast in all of my years of flying.
All around great service by a stellar crew.
