After a series of login failures, I called customer service and they told me they would send me password reset info within a half hour. After not getting that, I called back and they told me my account had been closed. Their customer service reps are friendly but totally useless...closure decisions are made by customer account reps you aren't allowed to speak with.

I was able to push $6500 in VRs through over six weeks, with $5K in Jan. Liquidated all through ACHs.
