As far as life time AS metal I probably have close to 700K, although a lot of them were credited to NW and CO accounts. I chalk most of this new tone up to a more and more sue happy country and more and more judges hearing frivolous cases. AS is just CYA. I always wondered why NW made you shut or open the dang window shades during landing or take off :/
