The problem with this as much as with any sked change is...

Airline - We've had a schedule change. Please accept new times, or go away and take your money back.

Why doesn't it ever work the other way around....
Passenger - Hello airline, I've had a schedule change. I am now going to be on the flight x hours earlier/later. If you don't like it, I'll accept your refund.
