They could easily filter out reviews for those rating 3 or lower, or if 'club access' is mentioned in the comments. I wasted about 15 minutes of my time trying to provide my input as a cardholder since 1980, so this is just another annoyance causing me to reconsider my future renewal. I still haven't received any communication from Amex regarding the DL lost guest status.
