Air Canada's Bad Customer Service


Air Canada moved my departure flight 4 hours early for my trip from Chicago to Istanbul thereby creating major headaches for my travel plans. I wrote to customer relations and they are refusing to reseat us on a different carrier.
No compensation of any kind.
Either take the 11 AM flight out of ORD, instead of 4 PM, or here is your money back...
All this in light of the fact that I am suppose to meet with another person flying to Istanbul from Germany (I paid for that flight) and changing those flights will cost extra $, which AC does not even want to discuss with me.
Very disappointed...
