While speaking to a supervisor they wanted me to jump thru hoops like a circus animal. since Ive been traveling every week and will be doing so thru mid March, I simply filed a Complaint with the FDIC.
They refused to do anything till I supplied them with things that simply don't exist eg a utility bill in my name to the address on file with them
