Got the GM to call my credit card herself. $200 in "escrow" until IC finds it's butt with a map and a flashlight is unreasonable.

Last time this happened it went on for 6 weeks.

She actually had the gall to tell me that while she would have like to comp me for allthe aggravation caused to me by IC, it is against company policy to comp rooms.

I've only gone "all the way" with IC once or twice before. But they really torqued me this time.
