It's true. It's still free in the morning to leave Thalasso. But, if you want to go eat on the main island for dinner and you leave from the Thalasso in the evening, then you'll have to pay. I checked and even if you go over free before 1PM, if your return to the Thalasso is evening you get charged the fee and I believe it's the round trip fee.
