That is strange. It's possible that you used Chase's feature for existing customers that lets you log in to pre-fill some information during the application process. Maybe you did this and even though you changed it to your wife's details they did still used your details when processing the application.
Nope didnt log in for pre existing customers. Just went straight to the application page.
Also, for what its worth, I couldnt have done it as I don't know my social security number and so I would have had to get my folder out from my draw with all my important documents as it is there.
Application was 150% for sure under wifes name....and also it was her getting all the welcome emails!!
