IIRC the speed limit is 75 in most areas on the interstate.
I have driven the Casper to Denver portion. It was pretty dull.
I would suggest if you could fly in a few days earlier and then drive up into the black hills area then to Gillette.
I would have to check, but I thought on some days non puddle jumpers fly into Billings.
