Depends on if you can afford wasting another hard pull.. 45 days ago I applied for the Dividend card and got rejected with the reason 'too many inquires recently'. After I got the rejected letter, I mailed to the execution office asking for a recon, and still got rejected for the same reason!! So if you got rejected with some other reasons, then writing a letter may works most of the cases, but for 'too many inquires', it's really not that easy to get approval through a recon..
