On a recent flight from LGA into YYZ, we were greeted by a phalanx of Canadian customs agents and their canine companions. I've been through here dozens of times and never seen anything quite like it. I assumed they were there to greet passengers arriving from some "high risk" location like Jamaica, but found out it was for the arriving flight from Denver.
