I'm surprised sometimes that people who work in the airline industry have so little awareness of the public info available to people like us.
My corporate TA was rather surprised the first time I sent him all the routing, ticketing and fare calculation information from the ITA matrix.
But at least now he books what I ask him without too much trouble (although he remains surprised when I tell him what the cost should be rather than him quoting the price for me).
