When I make a booking on the Air France website, I receive two emails (normally within minutes of making the booking); the first is "Confirmation of your Air France booking," which has the following section:

Fare excluding taxes : 109.00 GBP
Taxes and surcharges : 172.96 GBP
Issuing fee : 0.00 GBP
Credit card surcharge : 4.50 GBP

Total amount paid online : 286.46 GBP

The second is from "[email protected]" and contains a PDF with even more detail.
