You pay the midsize rate, and reserve the midsize rate, and take whatever is in the EA. If there is a Dodge Caravan in the EA, you are free to take it and would pay the reserved midsize rate.
Of course this assumes that the location is a larger one with Emerald Aisle (in which case you are entitled to whatever they put on the EA - probably not much more than a regular full size though). If it's a smaller location without an EA, then you get the class you reserve unless they upgrade you.
