I have to sign in again and proceed to where I wanted to go. This problem does not occur if I use my Ipad, or older model laptop. I always thought it had something to do with aa.com not being compatible with my windows version. Anyone else sees this? Ideas how to prevent this? I did not see it mentioned in the glitch thread.
This is unrelated to what is being posted in this thread. The current discussion is about a very reasonable timeout period for inactivity followed by an unreasonable (IMO, and that of several others) response with an Invalid State screen rather than simply (and intelligently) returning to a login screen. Easy to prevent with a single refresh, but annoying and amateurish all the same.
The issue you're facing would seem to be something with your setup. I am using both Win7 and Win8.1 on a variety of machines and not seeing this issue so, depending upon your OS, I have a feeling it's not that. It could be browser related. I'm using several different flavors of Firefox with no issues.
Cheers.
