I sent by regular mail and I think my phone call was about 5-6 (business) day since I drop the mail at Canada Post. So, maybe because it was regular mail, it took sometimes before it got sort out in their mail room

Since my complaint started from the Secure Message, so my guess is that they know I had enough of electronic communication. So I actually will be very upset if they do sent me an email. I wasn't expecting a phone call at first, was only expect a letter respond.


In my case, the issue can't be resolve as my issue is about the wording on the promo communication. Since I didn't want to take my chances, I didn't actually participate in the promo.... especially the SM respond that I got initially was not in my favor. Until the promo is over, I question via SM on why they provide me the incorrect / wrong explanation of the promo wording and all I got was a bunch of BS.... no apology at all. I demand an full explanation and the person on SM start ignoring and not respond to my SM for over 3-4 weeks, with me asking for update weekly. That is when I go thru their protocol and send them a letter.
