I second, third, etc, OP's comment on this. Huge annoyance to me. Back in October I purchased a new laptop and this is an ongoing issue. However it has nothing to do with inactivity, once I logged in and select my account, boom,here comes the dreaded window, same if I go to my flights option. I have to sign in again and proceed to where I wanted to go. This problem does not occur if I use my Ipad, or older model laptop. I always thought it had something to do with aa.com not being compatible with my windows version. Anyone else sees this? Ideas how to prevent this? I did not see it mentioned in the glitch thread.
