I have the Galaxy Grand Duos. Nice screen size for me, but limited to 3G speeds. There were other models available with dual SIM, just a matter of price and preference and features. For whatever reason, T-Mobile does not sell dual SIM versions in the USA. Phone stores in Thailand had many to choose from.....
Correct, both SIMs can be active at the same time to receive calls if you want...
