The logos on the aircraft wearing regular livery are I believe just "stickers" that can be easily replaced, likely by maintenance, and will likely be in quick order.
The logos are painted and are not stickers.

Why would an airline want to have branding that it no long is associated with? It takes 10-14 days to paint an aircraft so it should be easy for US to repair those 4-5 aircraft before March 31.
