I got UA miles i think before. But this is USairways...
click thru the offer to register and you will see that it's 2k for first month and then 3k for second month plus US airways club pass.
1st month shipment = 2k miles for $42 Plus 6 bottles of average wines.
2nd month shipment= $120 for 3k miles and US air club pass + 6 bottles of wine.
Not worth the hassle IMO.
