Certainly an oasis in the city, very warm and personal service but lacking in discipline and polish. They forgot my arrival transfer and I was instructed to take a budget cab into the city and will be reimbursed. The person who forgot to organise the transfer told me she had a busy day, finished late etc. Cherie/Cherry told me she would make it up to me and provide a nice Merc for the departure transfer but couldn't deliver so I left in an old van. Also staff was chastised in my presence on an unrelated matter. I left some luggage with them and was passing through KL again in 8 weeks. My luggage must have been left in some dark dank place and my stuff had become mouldy. Taxis have a hard time finding it.
