Hi FlyerGirl77 and welcome to Flyertalk and your first post.

Unfortunately Lufthansa does not offer Premium Economy yet, and also both classes L and K are non upgradeable. The only possibilities you may have are:

1) To "upfare" your ticket if this is allowed however is presumably quite expensive

2) To see if there are any day of departure upgrades being sold which is possible particularly at outstations although again not necessarily possible
