This hotel is on and off available in 50% off promos for cash, and is a fantastic deal for that. Even the standard cash rates are reasonable for what it is. 95K/night in a dollars-per-points valuation is absolutely paltry.

That said, DW and I absolutely loved this hotel. We stayed on a pre-devaluation points booking (35K points per night or so), and even at that, when the 50% off cash discount came up, I had considered (but didn't) switching to that.
