10A,B,C and F all have more leg room than any other seat in the plane. A is the window which is nice for red eyes (you don't get bumped into by people/flight attendants in the aisle). You can also get in and out of your seat without disturbing other passengers in 10A. 10A and C also have underseat storage in the row in front of you. 10F is also a window, but it has the flight attendant seat in front of it which also means no underseat storage so it isn't nearly as nice in my opinion.
I don't recall 10A,B,C having underseat storage. Isn't there a bulkhead in front of those seats? Or has that changed.
Keep in mind that 9D and 9E have more legroom than anyone could ever need, even it's less than 10A,B,C.
