You could of course throw Qantas into the mix now and again, if you fancy a change from either airline, and still get FF benefits with whichever is your preferred choice (I think - I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong). Don't know how their J seat stacks up, but a change is as good as a holiday, as they say, if you're getting bored of whichever airline you plump for.
