I booked BEY-SYD return redemption in F departing end of July last year for return in April (maximum time available when I originally booked it).
EK phone staff insist: maximum validity of 1 year from the date of issue. I beg to differ as it contradicts their own TnCs of allowing stays of up to one year...
Any advice?
