I have found the staff to be fantastic and one stewardess even recognised me. I enjoy to car service, the lounge in Manchester is great (have not tried London). I find the main lounge at DXB to be very impersonal and always busy but there is a smaller lounge not too far away from the B gates.

The seat on the A380 was very private and comfortable. Some of the older 777's don't have a fully flat bed and can be tricky to get good sleep on. The bar is a great feature on the A380 but I have found it gets busy so I tend to avoid and bed down for the night. Noise is not a problem from the drinkers.

I'm not quite convinced on the rewards program and I do seem to get better rewards with BA...for now.
